Ordering
Our ordering process is simple and secure. You can cancel or make changes at any time right up to the last step. All the data for the payment process is encrypted and transferred to our professional payment partners, SaferPay
and PayPal
, thus guaranteeing protection against unauthorised access.
To order an item, simply place it in your shopping cart which will appear on the top right corner. Click the shopping cart to start the ordering process. Each step is self-explanatory and can be followed without problems. You will find details under Customer information.

Payment methods
The first step of the ordering process is to select your preferred payment method.
- Payment in advance:
When you have confirmed your order, a summary of your order will appear on screen with our bank details so you can make your payment transfer. You will also be sent a copy of our bank details and your order by e-mail. You will receive the top copy of your invoice when the goods are delivered. - Cash on delivery:
Your goods will be sent to you by post for payment on delivery. There will be an additional charge for this payment option. You will receive the top copy of your invoice when the goods are delivered. - Payment by PayPal:
If you select the PayPal option, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal where you can log into your PayPal account and make your payment.

Delivery time
We will start processing your order as soon as we receive it. The delivery time is just 1 5 working days as we deliver directly from our comprehensive stock. We will notify you by e-mail if we are unable to deliver immediately due to increased demand for a tool.
Delivery prices for Germany for payment in advance, by PayPal or credit card
The one-off delivery cost in Germany is 7.
Delivery outside Germany
Delivery is also possible in EU countries. The fixed delivery cost in 20 in all other EU countries.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, there are additional customs duties and charges. For these deliveries, the prices for our goods are ex works. Please contact our customer service department on tel: +49 (0)821 71 20 71 for the precise costs.
Additional charges for cash on delivery
If you wish to pay on delivery, there will be an additional charge added to the delivery cost of 6 (2 c.o.d. charge made by the local delivery service and our charge card fee of 4).
