A. Customer information for the conclusion of distance agreements
The following information for distance agreements does not constitute a contractual condition. The contractual conditions are contained in our General Business Conditions.
You will receive all customer information in writing no later than the time of delivery of the goods. You can print out or save this customer information.

2. Conclusion of the agreement
To place an order online using our website, complete the electronic order form (see B1 below). When you click the “Confirm order” button you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. The purchase agreement is concluded when we accept this offer.
If you place your order by telephone, mail or fax, the agreement is concluded when we accept your offer.
3. Delivery and provisional delivery
We deliver within the European Union. For delivery to other countries, the shipping costs must be requested before ordering.
Goods that are in our warehouse will be dispatched within 1-5 working days. For further information about delivery, please see our General Business Conditions.
4. Price of goods
All specified prices are final prices in Euros and are inclusive of value-added tax at the current rate of 19%. For further details, please see our General Business Conditions.
5. Delivery and handling costs
Our delivery and handling costs will be billed in addition to the specified final prices for our goods. You will find the handling costs in the Summary of handling charges. Customers do not incur any additional costs through using the electronic route.
6. Payment methods
(1) Customers may pay in advance/by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery. The seller reserves the right to refuse individual payment methods.
(2) If payment is made in advance / by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, the goods will not be dispatched until the full invoice amount is credited to the seller’s account. If payment is made cash on delivery, the goods will be dispatched 1-5 working days after receipt of order.
7. Consumers’ right to cancel
- Cancellation policy
You may cancel your contract within two weeks without giving any reasons. You can either cancel in writing (i.e. letter, fax, e-mail), or by sending back the goods if you receive them before the two-week period has elapsed. The period shall commence upon receiving this notification in writing, and not prior to delivery of the goods to the recipient (or, in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not prior to delivery of the first part-shipment), nor before the fulfilment of our duties to furnish information as set out in § 312c Para. 2 German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with § 1 Paras. 1. 2 and 4 of the Information Obligations set out therein (BGB-InfoV) as well as our obligations as set out in § 312e Para. 1 Cl. 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV. For purposes of this deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the product postmarked within the deadline.

Consequences of cancellation:
If cancellation takes effect, any products/services received by either party must be returned and where applicable any benefits received (e.g. from interest) are to be surrendered. If you are wholly or partly unable to return the product/service received or are only able to return it in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to pay us compensation. If products are returned, this shall not apply if the deterioration in the product is solely attributable to examination of the product – as typically can occur in the course of retail business. This compensation obligation may be avoided by not using the product as though it were your own property and not doing anything that might devalue it. Products that can be shipped by mail are to be returned this way at our risk.
You must bear the cost of return shipment if the goods that were supplied are exactly as ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed Euro 40 or, if the price is higher, you have not made payment in full or a contractually-agreed part-payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise return of the goods is free of charge.
Goods that cannot be sent by mail will be picked up from you.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period starts for you when you send your notice of cancellation or the goods. It starts for us upon their receipt.
The right of cancellation does not apply to those goods that are listed in § 312 d, Para. 4 of the German Civil Code. These include:
- Deliveries of goods that were produced to customer-specifications or were uniquely tailored to the customer’s personal requirements or which, due to their condition, are unsuitable for return or may quickly spoil or if their expiry date has elapsed.
- Deliveries of audio and video recordings or software if the consumer has broken the seal on the data medium provided.

8. Warranty conditions
The warranty period is 2 years for new goods. For companies, the warranty period is 1 year. For sales of used goods, the warranty period is again 1 year. The one-year period shall not apply in the event of death, injury or impaired health or of intentional breach of obligations by the seller or intentional or negligent breach of obligations by the seller's agents or legal representatives. It shall also not apply in the case of a guarantee or recourse from a supplier as set out in § 478 f. of the German Civil Code.

The following information does not constitute contractual conditions. The contractual conditions are contained in our General Business Conditions.
1. How do you conclude an agreement with us online?
On our website you can view a product by clicking “Detailed view”. You will then see an overview of the various versions of this product.
Click the
button to place the product in your shopping cart without obligation.
In the shopping cart you can change the number of items, if required, by entering the number in the “Units” column and then clicking the “Recalculate” button. You can also remove individual items from the shopping cart by clicking the
button.
If you want to buy the items in your shopping cart, click the “To order” button.
Please enter your address details on the page that appears. Any entries marked with an asterisk * are mandatory. Please click your preferred payment method and read our General Business Conditions. Then click the “Step 2” button.
Here you will see a final summary of your order so you can check all the details once more. If you wish to make any changes, simply click the “Change data” or “Change shopping cart” button.
To pay by PayPal, click the “Open PayPal in new window” button before you confirm your order.
When you click the “Confirm order” button on the “Ordering – Step 2” page, you are sending a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement for the goods contained in your shopping cart. We will immediately confirm receipt of your order. This confirmation e-mail does not represent acceptance of your offer. The agreement will come in the form of a separate acceptance confirmation or sending of the goods within the delivery period.
2. Storage of the agreement and access to the customer
We will save your order data and send it to you by e-mail in the confirmation of receipt. You will receive our General Business Conditions by e-mail no later than the conclusion of the agreement.
3. Input errors
You can correct your input at any time during the ordering process by clicking the “Back” button in your browser and then making the necessary changes. You can also cancel the entire ordering process at any time by closing your web browser.
4. Language of the agreement
If you wish, you can place orders with us in German.
