Data protection information

1. Whenever a request is made to view a file on the website, the access data is stored by default.

Every record consists of:

  • The page from which the file was requested
  • The name of the file
  • The date and time of the request
  • The viewing time
  • The volume of data transferred
  • The access status (file transferred, file not found, etc)
  • A description of the type and version of the web browser used
  • The IP address of the computer that sent the request
  • The operating system installed on it
  • The screen resolution and colour depth


Personal data will only be saved if you send it to us yourself, i.e. while registering or placing an order. The stored data will only be used for internal statistical purposes and for the technical administration of the website. It will not be passed on to third parties, not even as an extract.

2. When you place an order, we do save personal data, particularly your name, address and e-mail address. We also save payment information, such as your bank details. We will use this data only for internal order processing, and may pass it on to third parties for this purpose. It may be necessary to pass it on to third parties in order to process payments, for example. Such third parties are required to treat the data they receive from us as confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the service and processing the transaction on our behalf.

Cookies are used on some pages. Most browsers are set up to automatically accept cookies. You can, however deactivate the saving of cookies or set up your browser so that it notifies you when cookies are sent. The stored data is deleted as soon as you leave our website.
