| Solid carbide high-performance end mill with 6 flutes for machining hard and hardened steels This milling cutter was designed for milling hard materials in excess of 55 HRC. A special carbide mixture combined with our Sistral coating (= further development of the bluish Diabolo coating) allows it to be used for high-performance milling in hard materials. Implementation The shallow groove depth and special cutting geometry make this milling cutter extraordinarily stable. Dimensions similar to DIN 6527 Usage For peripheral milling as a finishing step. Width of cut = 0.1 x diameter of the milling cutter. |
