Description

The  Solid Carbide Corner Rounding End Mills are used for rounding edges of workpieces. The straight flute ensures a precise radius without profile distortion .

The outlet slope of 3° at both Sides of the Radius allows a clean and easy produce of round workpiece outer edges.

Our Solid Carbide quarter circle cutters have a corrected landwidth, in the radius range, so that a good stability of the cutting edge is generated .

Use:
- For rounding edges of the workpiece
- Manufacture of radii
- For rounding and deburring of edges

Implementation:
- Right-hand cutting, straight fluted
- Shank HA (without Weldon clamping surface)
- Radius with outlet bevel for step-free rounding
